The multigenre project mixes pop, synthfunk and electronic genres, mostly influenced by 1980s and 2000s sounds. The compositions are based on the author's personal experiences, including interpersonal relationships, psychological health, identity and freedom, which are expressed with synthesizer coldness and aggression.
The discography is designed as a multi-genre journey, with each album telling a different story or following a concept. The focus is on expressing genuine feelings rather than striving for flawlessness.
ENPHIS' main sources of inspiration come from the sounds of vaporwave, future funk, french house, synthpop, new wave, jazz fusion, experimental electronic. Some of the artists that are the current inspirations include Prince, Crystal Castles, Sawano Hiroyuki, and SUI UZI.

The aesthetic is important to the project: it is close to waporwave with it's focus on fashion, beauty and perfumery, but still with an element of a DIY approach of the genre.
The basic idea behind ENPHIS MAGENTA can best be visualized as a "ripped couture dress".
It takes a do-it-yourself approach and strong financial constraints in its creation, the idea of recycling. Many of ENPHIS' design elements have their own prehistory: for example, the sequined blue background used on social media and this website is the fabric of the artist's first stage costume.

ENPHIS MAGENTA is the second public music project of Elsa Kruta. They are currently involved in production, songwriting, soundproducing, vocals and design.
The producer was previously known for their chiptune work under the pseudonym mirny pereulok from 2017, which had ties to the nintendocore scene.
ENPHIS was first mentioned in 2021 and was originally intended to be mirny pereulok's new genre album, but eventually split off as an independent endeavor.
